✅ Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Returns are not accepted for personalized items, jewelry (for hygiene reasons), or clearance/sale items unless defective.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

  • Jewelry (unless damaged or defective on arrival).

  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale.

  • Any product showing signs of wear, damage, or without original tags.

🛠️ Damaged or Wrong Item

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We may request a photo of the product for verification before approving a return.

💵 Refund Process

  • Since we only accept Cash on Delivery, refunds will be issued as:

    • Store Credit / Gift Voucher for the same value, OR

    • Exchange for another product of equal or higher value (with price difference paid in cash at delivery).

  • Cash refunds are not available.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • EzraCloset will cover the cost of shipping only if the return is due to our error.
