Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

Returns are not accepted for personalized items, jewelry (for hygiene reasons), or clearance/sale items unless defective.

Jewelry (unless damaged or defective on arrival).

Any product showing signs of wear, damage, or without original tags.
🛠️ Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request a photo of the product for verification before approving a return.
💵 Refund Process

Since we only accept Cash on Delivery, refunds will be issued as:

Store Credit / Gift Voucher for the same value, OR

Exchange for another product of equal or higher value (with price difference paid in cash at delivery).
